GearFlow is a portfolio-grade full-stack project for equipment rental. The application can run as managed platform inventory, a P2P ecosystem, or a hybrid of both. The key challenge is not rendering products — it is coordinating users, owners, money, moderation and disputes across a reliable lifecycle.

The project demonstrates a Next.js application with MongoDB/Mongoose persistence, authentication, role-based access, listing moderation, rental state management, escrow-aware payment records, admin analytics, support tickets and trust-and-safety operations.
